3 Top Tips For Losing Your Love Handles Faster
When you are desperate to lose your love handles (and believe me sometimes we get desperate, especially before summer), you will try almost anything to lose them. But some of these things that we try out, may sometimes be counter productive and may even harm our progress. So, knowing things that actually help can go a long way to losing your love handles. That way you can only focus on the stuff that actually work and forget about the stuff that doesn't work. So here are my top 3 tips to help you lose your love handles faster.
1. Eat smaller meals more often
Eating smaller meals more often (3-6 times a day) can help you to control you appetite, because you will be full all the time. And the best thing about this tip? It increases your metabolism, so you will burn more fat while eating more often. Sounds great, hey?
2. Drink more water
A Lot of time that you think you are hungry, you are actually only thirsty. So by staying hydrated, you can greatly increase your chance of not eating when you are not hungry. And if you eat less, you are bound to lose weight and your love handles with it.
3. Begin training with weights
Weight training is one of the best ways to lose body fat and to boost your metabolism that you even burn calories in your sleep. Just remember that there is no such thing as sport training, so you have to train your whole body. This should include your upper and lower body.
If you follow the above top tips and you eat healthy and get in plenty of exercise there is nothing that can stop you from losing your love handles. Ok, maybe on thing...YOU! Yes, you have to power to lose them, but you have to stay motivated, dedicated and most of all patient.

Top 3 Myths About Losing Love Handles
With the overload of information available these days, it is very hard to know what to believe and what not to believe. It is especially hard if you want to lose your love handles. These misconceptions may be the source of your love handle problems. So it will help to get the facts right. Here we look at 3 of the many myths about weight loss these days:
Myth 1: You have to do hundreds of hours of cardio to lose your love handles
There is nothing wrong with doing cardio, but there is with doing too much cardio (good news, hey?). This is because when you do too much cardio (more than 20 minutes a day at a time), you risk losing some of your lean muscle mass as your body burns muscle for energy. And you need muscles if you want to lose your love handles, as muscle burns fat and speeds up your metabolism.
Myth 2: You should stay away from weight training, as it makes you bulky
If you want to lose body fat, then weight training is one of the best exercises there is. And it won't make you bulky. What it will do though, is give you sleek defined muscles, it will help you to lose body fat and it will also increase your metabolism drastically, even in your sleep. Remember that when you train with weights, you have to train your whole body.
Myth 3: You have to eat very little to no carbs
This is one of those myths that will leave you hungry, tired and cranky. And who can lose weight when they are like that? You are more likely to reach for unhealthy snacks and that won't do your diet any good. The trick is to know what types of carbs to eat and what type of carbs to avoid. Stick to brown/wholegrain carbs and keep portions size in mind.
Now that you know that you shouldn't believe everything you hear, you can start making informed decisions to lose your love handles. It will really help you if you train with weights for about 3 times a week (training the whole body, not only your abs), do 2 times a week moderate to intense cardio and by watching what you eat. If you stay motivated, and smart (not believing the myths), you will surely lose that un-lovely love handles in no time.
